Chairman - Master Group of Industries
Mr. Nadeem Malik is the Chairman of Master Group of Industries, with over four decades of leadership experience across various sectors including automotive manufacturing, energy, textiles, and furniture. He has been instrumental in expanding the Group’s footprint through ventures like Master Motor Corporation, Fuso Master Motors, and Master Changan Motors. He also founded Procon Engineering, one of Pakistan’s largest OEM auto parts suppliers. An active member of global leadership forums, he joined YPO in 2004 and CEO (Chief Executives Organization) in 2024.

Mr. Shahzad Malik
Managing Director, Master Group of Industries
Mr. Shahzad Malik is the current Managing Director of Master Group of Industries and a dynamic, forward-thinking leader who embodies the spirit of innovation and expansion. A second-generation entrepreneur, he began his career in the Group’s flagship foam business and has since played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a modern, diversified conglomerate. With a keen eye for market trends and an entrepreneurial mindset, Mr. Malik has successfully revamped the Group’s core foam product lines, refreshed the Master brand identity to appeal to contemporary consumers, and expanded its footprint beyond Pakistan. His leadership led to the establishment of a state-of-the-art foam manufacturing facility in Raiwind, Lahore, in 2015 — a testament to his commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth. Mr. Malik holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bentley University, USA. Upholding the legacy of the Group while charting a bold new direction, he now serves as Managing Director of several key subsidiaries, including Master Offisys. Under his visionary leadership, the Master Group continues to thrive as one of Pakistan’s most respected and diversified industrial enterprises.

Mr. Zeeshan Burney is leading the operations of entire furniture division at Master Group of Industries. Previously experienced as the CFO with a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. With deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, he has led high-performing finance and operation teams and implemented systems that align with strategic business goals. Known for his collaborative leadership and data-driven decision-making, Zeeshan has successfully partnered with executive teams to deliver impactful financial strategies. He holds a Master’s in Finance & Accounting, completed the Strategic CFO Program at MECA CFO Academy. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Master Offisys, a key company within the Master Group of Industries. He has played the instrumental role in aligning the finance & operation function with the overall corporate strategy, ensuring the provision of real-time data analytics and financial insights to all departments. He fosters cross-functional collaboration to enhance financial modeling and data-driven decision-making, while also addressing strategic issues related to operations, taxation and compliance.
